My Background and Experiences:
Born in 1972, Florence was fortunate enough from a very young age (4 years old) to pursue artistic, cultural, and sports education. She grew up between the Paris suburbs and the Loir-et-Cher region.
After higher education and a few years in the administration of the Ministry of Employment, I embarked on a career in the entertainment world at the age of 24 as an artist (choreographer, director) and dance teacher.
I was fortunate to attend establishments such as the Feeling Dance Studio, the Spectacles and Go school, the IDFP Kim Kan, the Centre des arts vivants, the Harmonic Studio, and the Centre de Danse du Marais, where she practiced Dance Sport, Classical Dance, Modern Jazz, and Hip Hop, and where she also took singing classes. She was fortunate to be a student of renowned teachers and choreographers who instilled in her a love of the performing arts, such as Bruno COLLINET, Sandrine VANDEVELDE, Patricia DELON, Linda FAORO, Dimitra KARAGIANNOPOULOU, Edward ARCKLES, Monique OOSTING, Hubert PETIT PHAR, and Georgette KALA LOBE.
After training with the greatest teachers at prestigious Parisian performing arts schools, I worked for four years at Studio Harmonic (an internationally renowned studio), the Crédit Lyonnais Theatre Group, as well as in various institutions in Paris and its suburbs.
Then, wanting to create my own structure, I embarked on an ambitious project: creating a performing arts center. Mission accomplished! For over seven years, I served as the Educational and Artistic Director of the performing arts center "L'Etoile des Arts," a venue spanning over 400 m², located in the suburbs of Paris, which has seen the convergence of diverse talents. During these years, I had the opportunity to direct amateur and professional artists: actors, singers, and dancers during the "Galas des étoiles" (Star Galas) and to participate in numerous projects.
I shared wonderful moments with dancers, serving for 14 years as the Administrator of "La Compagnie des Rêves Tangibles" (Tangible Dreams Company), and I had the opportunity to work with numerous artists on choreographic, theatrical, and musical projects.
In 2014, I moved to the Angers region for its gentle atmosphere and the joie de vivre of its residents. Then, keen to leave a trace of my imaginary worlds, I began self-publishing children's tales and stories in books in 2019.
At 38, I returned to university to complete a training program that provides me with personalized support techniques, targeted to specific needs and expectations.
I have long worked with the body, its languages, inhibitions, restraints, injuries, expressions, and emotions. Bodies have always spoken to me. It was therefore only natural that I became interested in and trained in techniques for optimizing and unlocking the body's tools.
A teacher at heart and always passionate about the body and its incredible capabilities, I have completed numerous training courses in the field of neuroscience and have thus developed professional expertise in the field of cognition. Upon becoming a mother at 43, she became interested in and trained in many areas related to parenting, learning, concentration, education, and more.
Since 2019, I have chosen to specialize my approaches and techniques in the skills necessary for academic learning and cognitive stimulation in a comprehensive manner. Today, thanks to the synergy of multiple skills, I can offer you my approach to stimulating and balancing cognitive processes.
I support children and adults, helping them find well-being and serenity and enabling them to best develop their full potential.
