FRENCH WITH FLOW & VISION YOGA

Group classes

  • 1-hour lessons / Teenagers & Adults

4-class pass = €60

  • 30-minutes lessons / Children

4-class pass = €50

  • One lesson

Comfort

Your children benefit from the comfort of your home and are under your supervision.

You don't have to manage travel time or search for parking.

Safety

There is no specific skill level required. Adaptations and variations are offered to ensure everyone can participate safely.
Some classes are conducted seated.

Organization

Enjoy a relaxing session in the comfort of your own home.

No travel arrangements are necessary.

Friendly atmosphere

The classes are taught by a professor, Florence Balestrino, with whom you can interact.

Maintaining a reasonably sized group allows for interaction.

  • The lessons are taught live (direct) without recording.
  • At the start of these sessions, cameras must be turned on; we do not allow "blind" lessons.
  • If the connection is not visually identifiable, we reserve the right to disconnect your connection.
  • During a lesson, the parent must remain with the child for the entire session.
  • The access link for the lesson will be provided after your registration and payment for the lesson(s).

Equipment needed:

  • Ground mat
  • Water bottle
  • Blanket (depending on the season)
  • Chair / Stool
