Biography

My Background and Experiences:

  • Born in 1972, I was fortunate to receive artistic, cultural, and athletic training from a very young age. I grew up between the Parisian suburbs and the Loir-et-Cher region of France.
  • After completing my higher education and working for a few years in the Ministry of Employment, I embarked on a career in the performing arts at the age of 24 as an artist (choreographer, director) and dance teacher.
  • I was lucky enough to attend institutions such as Feeling Dance Studio, Spectacles and Go School, IDFP Kim Kan, the Centre des Arts Vivants, Studio Harmonic, and the Centre de Danse du Marais, where I studied Ballroom Dancing, Classical Ballet, Modern Jazz, and Hip Hop, and also took singing lessons. She was fortunate to study with renowned teachers and choreographers who instilled in her a love of the performing arts, such as Bruno Collinet, Sandrine Vandevelde, Patricia Delon, Linda Faoro, Dimitra Karagiannopoulo, Edward Arckles, Monique Oosting, Hubert Petit Phar, and Georgette Kala Lobe.
  • After training with leading professors at prestigious Parisian performing arts schools, I worked for four years at Studio Harmonic (an internationally acclaimed studio), the Crédit Lyonnais Theatre Group, and various other organizations in Paris and its suburbs. Then, wanting to create my own organization, I embarked on an ambitious project: establishing a performing arts center. Mission accomplished! For over seven years, I served as the educational and artistic director of the performing arts center "L'Etoile des Arts," a 400-square-meter space located in the Parisian suburbs that has been a hub for numerous talents. During those years, I had the privilege of directing amateur and professional artists—actors, singers, and dancers—at the "Galas des Étoiles" and participating in many other projects.
  • I shared wonderful moments with dancers during my 14 years as the administrator of "La Compagnie des Rêves Tangibles," and I had the opportunity to work with many artists on choreographic, theatrical, and musical theater projects.
  • In 2014, I moved to the Angers region, drawn to its gentle pace of life and the joie de vivre of its inhabitants. Then, wanting to leave a record of my imaginary worlds, I began self-publishing children's stories and tales in books in 2019.
  • At 38, I returned to university (Faculty of Sports Sciences) to complete a training program that provided me with techniques for individualized support, tailored to specific needs and expectations, and the appropriate physical stimulation.
  • I have therefore long worked with the body, its languages, its inhibitions, its limitations, its injuries, its expressions, and its emotions. Bodies have always spoken to me. It was therefore quite natural for me to become interested in and train in techniques that optimize and unlock the body's resources.
  • A teacher at heart and always passionate about the body and its incredible capabilities, I have pursued extensive training in neuroscience, developing professional expertise in emotions, cognition, and vision.
  • Becoming a mother at 43 further deepened my interest and training in numerous areas related to parenting, learning, concentration, and education.
  • In 2019, I chose to specialize my approaches and techniques in developing the skills children need to access academic learning and cognitive stimulation in a holistic way. I also specialized in VISION and COGNITION. Since then, I have supported many children and teenagers, helping them find well-being and serenity and enabling them to develop their full potential. I have developed several training programs that now allow me to share with parents and professionals the necessary knowledge to support children and the adults they interact with.
  • In 2020, I created the YOGA OF VISION method, which is based on Eye Yoga (Bates Method), related techniques, and natural and holistic stimulation of vision and cognition.
  • Training in Neurovision and practical experience have enabled me to create a comprehensive YOGA OF VISION teaching curriculum, as well as a training program I have titled THE NEW VISIONS / TOUTES NOS VISIONS (related to Cortical Visual Impairment or Disorders / CVI or CVD).
  • Thanks to the synergy of multiple skills, I am now a teacher and trainer in the field of VISION and CORTICAL NEUROVISUAL IMPAIRMENT or DISORDERS (TVI : Teacher in Visual Impairment), and I support families through screenings and guidance.
